We’re Manitoba’s oldest Indigenous-led incubator/accelerator, supporting Indigenous, 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC, rural, and youth entrepreneurs across the province for over 5 years. Our programming is rooted in Indigenous Ways, guided by Elder Teachings that show us these approaches lay the groundwork for the healing our communities and society need.

From our downtown Winnipeg hub at 423 Main Street, we provide free wraparound support to barrier-facing entrepreneurs across Manitoba. Our programs include full scale incubation, leadership coaching, learning workshops, and networking events, combining practical business support with cultural and emotional guidance.

Here’s what makes us different: we’re entrepreneur first, always. Our programs are built from what founders actually need, not what looks good on paper. We put resources straight into supports rather than overhead. Real transformation happens through relationships: one on one with your coach, peer to peer with your cohort, and many to one with our enclave and alumni network.

Traditional networks have historically excluded Indigenous, queer, newcomer, and Black entrepreneurs. The well-connected get immediate access to legal help, marketing expertise, and funding opportunities. We’re building that same level of support for our community. Success depends on emotional and interpersonal support more than most people discuss, and we’re creating a network where collective success matters as much as individual wins.
