Monias Consulting & Projects is an Indigenous-led consultancy based in Winnipeg on Treaty No. 1 Territory. Founded by Michael B. Monias in 2025, the business supports Nations, organizations, entrepreneurs, and community-focused initiatives through culturally grounded strategy, project management, event coordination, and relationship-based advisory services.

Our work is rooted in purpose, integrity, and kinship. We help clients move ideas from vision to action by combining practical project tools with Indigenous ways of knowing, community values, and a deep respect for context. Each engagement is designed to bring clarity, structure, and care to work that matters.

Rather than offering rigid one-size-fits-all services, Monias Consulting & Projects organizes its work through three flexible Pathways:
